A Taste of Home: A Deliciously Diverse Potluck

On August 9th, Palm Coast Yacht Club members gathered at the large pavilion in Herschel King Park for a flavorful evening celebrating our shared love of food and the unique backgrounds that make our club so special.

Members were invited to bring favorite dishes inspired by places they’ve lived or their family’s cultural roots—and they did not disappoint! From savory classics to sweet childhood favorites, every dish came with a story, a memory, and a lot of heart.

This was the first event of its kind for the Club, but judging by the turnout, the laughter, and the incredible spread, it certainly won’t be the last. Who knew our members were not only sailors but also such talented chefs?
